Caring for my heart

I’m hugging my heart a little extra these days. We’ve been through a lot, especially these past few years. I’m proud over the fact that she has managed to stay sensitive and open.
I have been doing my best to do things that bring her joy, taking hot baths, doing soft yoga, meditating, going out to hug my favorite tree and breathing deeply.
She is my most valuable travel companion. She is the highly sensitive compass that guides me through life. She deserves my undivided attention and care. I am committed to being her best friend and giving her everything she needs.
