Happy Smoothie!

Did you know that fruits help boost your serotonin levels? It’s true! This delicious and creamy smoothie makes all my cells smile and it doesn’t hurt that it tastes divine. Prepare to radiate your love on the International Day of Happiness, start with the inside!
RECIPE:
1 Cup of Strawberries (preferably frozen)
1/2 Cup of raspberries or other berries
1 Big ripe banana
1 Cup of Almond milk
1 Tbsp Hemp seeds
Mix everything together in your blender until it’s smooth. Use some berries and seeds as topping. If you have a sweet tooth and/or need an extra serotonin boost, add 2 soft dates to your smoothie.
This smoothie is very filling and it will make your tastebuds dance.
