The Book of Love

How is your relationship to your lover? your children? friends? to yourself? Want to improve it? Even if it’s magnificent, we can always find more appreciation right?

Let’s begin a loving new habit. I call this project “The book of Love”.

The first step is to go out an buy  yourself a notebook, and one for your partner if she/he wants to join you on this venture.

Second step, start writing 1 simple affirmation 3 times once a day.
The affirmation could be something like this:
Everyday in every way my relationship to:__(name)___ is getting better and better.

Try to believe what you are writing, if you can’t believe in it, remind yourself of the simple truth, that you really WANT to believe in it. Don’t worry about the doubt that might arise in your consciousness, it will all pass with time.
 If you feel that it feels like lying, you can write something like this instead:
I really want to believe that my relationship to:____(name)____ is getting better and better everyday.

Use this method for a month or for as long as you want. Appreciating feels good and you will see a great improvement in how you feel about your relationship. I hope this brightened your day.
